Have you ever felt like something invisible is holding you back? Whether it’s a goal you just can’t seem to reach or a health hurdle you can’t leap over, sometimes the biggest obstacles are hidden deep within our subconscious mind. The Belief Code was designed for exactly these types of situations.

The Belief Code, is a brilliant new energy healing method that can reshape the way we view and experience our lives—literally!

What is The Belief Code?

Imagine trudging along with a backpack full of rocks. Each rock represents a hidden belief. Some you may recognize, others you might not. ”I can’t do this," "I’m not good enough," "I don’t deserve happiness.”

These limiting beliefs weigh you down and can leave you feeling stuck and unmotivated. You may feel other emotional and physical symptoms as well. Physical pain, anxiety, and frustration are all symptoms, which in part, may be attributed to these unseen beliefs.

The Belief Code can help you get rid of the heavy, unwanted backpack, lightening your load by releasing unwanted belief systems, which can in turn, allow you to move forward with ease.

The Roots of The Belief Code

Dr. Bradley Nelson, well-known for The Emotion Code and The Body Code, noticed something fascinating: just like emotions, powerful negative beliefs can exist below the surface and cause havoc with our well-being. His quest to learn if these beliefs could be identified and changed was the goal that inspired The Belief Code—a simple yet profound way to heal by changing our core beliefs.

How it Works

Before your Belief Code session, I will ask you to identify a few life patterns, or health concerns that you would like to change. Not every issue will have a corresponding negative belief system, (a series of interrelated beliefs), so this is an important step.

Then before the session begins, we’ll quickly identify past trauma. Although you don’t need to discuss the trauma, or even to reveal what occurred, (you can use a keyword, for example.) knowing whether you’ve experienced past traumas can be helpful.

Then throughout the session, we’ll work to find and flip the switches of the negative programs and limiting beliefs that hold you back. I’ll do this using energetic muscle testing and a comprehensive desktop app filled with about 2000 beliefs. Then, through easy, gentle methods, I’ll help you let those beliefs go.

Your First Session: Putting it all together

When joining me on your first Belief Code session, you might feel a mix of curiosity and nervousness. That’s totally okay! Here’s the process:

  • A Warm Welcome and a Simple Chat: At the onset of the session, we’ll have a few minutes together to talk about your health or emotional concerns. I’m ready to listen and help, not judge. Together we’ll figure out where you feel stuck and what you wish to change.

  • A Bit of Detective Work: Energetic muscle testing is a technique that can be used effectively for remote sessions. It will allow us to uncover the beliefs that aren’t serving you well. This doesn’t involve digging into personal details of your life or reliving uncomfortable events. Through muscle testing, we’ll identify the belief tree, and in the next step, we’ll uproot it!

  • The Release: Using energetic healing methods, we will release the unwanted beliefs, making room for new, empowering ones.

The process is comfortable—even for very private people. You don’t need to reveal sensitive information. Just come as you are, ready to explore.

Real People, Real Changes

One of my treasured clients likes to tell the story of how alienated she felt at every family function. She felt as though her relatives used her when they needed her and then just “threw her away.” Echoes of this pattern also appeared in her relationships with her stepchildren and her husband’s extended relatives.

With The Belief Code, we identified the correlated negative beliefs that led to these sad, isolated feelings. Over time, the emotions have lessened. Now she no longer feels like a victim, and she’s established real boundaries. Boundaries that help her feel empowered when visiting relatives on both sides of the family.

Another client wanted to grow her small business. Throughout her session, we found beliefs that suggested she needed to increase beliefs in her self-worth and needed to clear beliefs from her disadvantaged past.

Within a couple of weeks after the session, she noticed something remarkable. She began to recognize the incredible value she offered through her unique business and found it much easier to set boundaries with her time. A week or so after that she had a rush of new clients!

How long does a session last?

About an hour, give or take a few minutes.

How many sessions will I need?

It varies. Some see changes in one session; others might need a few.

What happens after a session?

Immediately after the session, you might feel lighter or you may feel a little tired. We’ve made real changes, so your body with be processing the shift. Some clients tell me they notice progress towards their identified goal right away, for some it takes a little longer. Everyone’s experience is unique.

  • For your convenience, I offer sessions by phone, online meetings, or via e-mail. You can connect with me from wherever you feel comfortable, and our remote sessions offer a private, personal space for open sharing. Choose the modality that resonates best with you and start your transformative healing journey today.

  • At the onset of your initial session, we’ll take about 10 minutes to discuss your health and wellness goals. Next, we will begin the session. Throughout the work, I will offer a thorough explanation of the process ensuring that you have a good understanding of the techniques and concepts. As we identify imbalances and clear them, you may begin to feel more relaxed or even experience mild physical sensations such as tingling or warmth. Following the appointment, you’ll receive a complete transcript of the session for you to review.

  • The recommended frequency of sessions varies based on individual needs and goals. For more urgent concerns, weekly sessions can help establish balance. I do recommend at least three sessions to experience the many benefits this modality has to offer. I can also make personalized recommendations by muscle testing.

  • Absolutely. Energy healing is a complementary approach designed to support and enhance traditional medical treatments. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Sessions usually last between 45 - 60 minutes. The length can vary based on the specific needs of the session and the modalities being employed.

  • Please wear comfortable clothing. and have access to a quiet, private space. It’s also helpful to consider one or two concerns you wish to address during the session.

  • Yes. Remote energy healing can be performed effectively via phone or an online meeting, with no difference in quality or impact compared to in-person sessions.

  • You can schedule an appointment at your convenience through Kerrin's online booking calendar.

  • Payments can be made via credit card or PayPal and payment details can be entered during the booking process. If you need assistance using the online booking platform, please send a message through the contact page.

  • I request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Due to my limited availability, cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in the session being converted to an email session. You will receive a full transcript following the session. (Email sessions are highly effective.) No-shows will be charged the full rate of the session.

  • Absolutely. I adhere to a strict code of ethics, ensuring that all sessions and conversations remain confidential and private.
